PROJECT SCOPE:
DKJ was tasked with the installation of 60 containers of specialist equipment from Italy at the client’s facility. This diverse array of equipment included conveyors, a 70-tonne press, cutting saws, outfeed conveyors, heating ovens, and safety fencing. Each piece of equipment needed to be installed with precision to meet very exacting tolerances. Our team of skilled Mechanical Fitters carefully handled the intricate installation process, ensuring that each component was accurately positioned and fully operational. The project required meticulous planning and execution to accommodate the specialized nature of the equipment and the stringent installation standards. Over the course of the project, DKJ’s expertise ensured a successful setup, delivering a highly functional and precise equipment system for the client.
